APPROACH
To brand this new area, we needed a different approach. What if we focus on the feelings, not just the facts? Instead of talking square meters, let's talk about what matters on an emotional level: finally having enough room to invite friends over for dinner. It exudes a cheerful, lively, and colorful essence.
The primary logo features ‘walls’ between the letters. For the rental properties, we have introduced a secondary logo that emphasizes the dynamic community-feel of the neighborhood.

of the city
What was previously a fairly empty industrial space is now being transformed into fully-mixed residential, commercial, and amenity-rich area. Lola Vogel's brightly-coloured illustrations capture this dynamic scene perfectly, adding a suprising layer to the design.

A place to Land. The SPOT website presents a lively graphic story which fits seamlessly with the brand’s core values. Friendly new wave, inviting, expressive and forward thinking.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Instead of traditional building renders, we opted for the use of photography and illustrations. A strategy that allowed us to infuse the brand with character and approachability. High-exposure and analog colours mix with homely, pedestrian scenes - creating fun and dynamic images.
