We only use it for the purposes described below, we never sell it to other parties, and we process it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Phoney Club processes your personal data to be able to contact you by telephone if you request it, and/or to be able to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or by post) if you cannot be reached by telephone.
In addition, The Phoney Club may use your personal data in the context of carrying out an assignment agreement concluded with you, usually consisting of legal services.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We don't keep personal data longer than necessary for the purposes it was collected for. If no agreement is concluded with you, we delete your data within one year. Data that we must keep by law, such as invoices and financial records, is kept for as long as the law requires.
SHARING WITH OTHERS
We only share your personal data with third parties when this is needed to carry out an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation. Some service providers process data on our behalf, such as our website hosting and email provider. We never sell your data.

VIEW, CHANGE OR DELETE DATA
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to info@thephoneyclub.com. The Phoney Club will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
SECURITY
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
